Home inventory remains low.  As you can see, 12 new homes were listed this past week, one of which now has an accepted offer, and 24 properties either closed or were listed as pending.  That is a NEGATIVE gain for the week in inventory.  If you are considering buying or selling, jump in - the water's fine!
